Body Conditioning


This class is taken as a supplement to a child's regular dance classes.

Various exercises are carried out to limber and strengthen the body. All exercises are age appropriate so the class is split into two levels: Junior Body Conditioning and Senior Body Conditioning.

All children should bring a towel or mat for comfort as well as a strengthening band (like a theraband). These are available to purchase from Prima. We provide other equipment such as turnout discs, wobble boards, foot rollers etc.

Comfortable clothing is essential and bare feet, socks or dance shoes are fine. Students should be warmed up on arrival.
