Body Conditioning

This class is taken as a supplement to a child's regular dance classes.

Various exercises are carried out to limber and strengthen the body from crunches to press-ups and the dreaded 'plank'!

Comfortable clothing is essential and bare feet, socks or dance shoes are fine. Students should be warmed up on arrival.

Although hard work, this is a very enjoyable class with current chart music, lots of energy and enthusiasm.
